The Change Catalyst
In 1945 Mr. Shiamlal’s son, Mr. Ram Rakshpal joins the business.
He blends in his extensive trade knowledge with his innate understanding of people
to help create a special aura around the HSJ brand and the store.
A Wider Perspective
In 1970 Mr. Anand Prakash, Mr. Ram Rakshpal’s son joins the family business. Together, father and son broaden the horizons. HSJ builds a charitable college for the children of Badaun as a CSR initiative. Growth provides the stimulus for an even larger setup…the showroom is renovated and its size doubles to 3000 sq. ft. His wife Mrs.Chitra Anand also becomes an integral part of the business adding a different vision with a softer appeal.
