Harsahaimal Shiamlal Jewellers provides FREE SHIPPING service for every product ordered within India. Deliveries to customer are fully insured and shipped using the most reliable courier delivery partners. The customers are requested to inspect the package for visible tampering if any before receiving the product.

Each and every piece of jewellery from Harsahaimal Shiamlal Jewellers will reach the customer’s doorstep in perfect condition in a tamper-proof packing. Coins, Solitaires and jewellery items will be delivered in our boxes with all required certificates.

The buyer is expected to provide us with all the necessary details of the person authorized to receive the package, at the time of purchase. Complete name of the recipient supported by a photo identification approved by Government. The same person is expected to collect the package in person after providing an identity proof :

• Ration Card
• Pan Card
• Driver License
• Voter ID
• Passport

Our courier agent will make the delivery only after checking proof of the recipient and confirming the same. The receiver is expected to assist the courier partner during the delivery by providing the original copy of the identity proof and the agent will hand over the package securely to the rightful owner after verifying the documents.

If the receiver wishes that the package be handed over to a family member r person other than the one placing the order, further details of the same would have to be provided at the time of placing the order. The parcel shall be delivered safely to the marked person at the designated location only. Such details need to be provided at the time of placing the order and can not be changed once the order is processed.

In case, the shipping address needs to be changed to another location, the same has to be duly changed on the site by proper login in to their respective account . The user has to click “change shipping address “ option and enter the new shipping address. The above option is available to the customer only till the time the product is not shipped. Once the order status is changed to ‘Shipped”,  the ‘Change shipping address” icon will be rendered inactive.

The recipient is advised to refuse delivery of the package if the packaging is tampered or torn. Such receiver is expected to inspect the package to ensure safe delivery of desired product has been made. Only after checking the contents, shall the receiving be given to the courier agent.

If in case, the recipient is unavailable to receive the package, the courier company will contact the person and schedule a delivery when the customer is available. If the contact is not made with the customer, the courier partner will try to deliver the package for a maximum of 3 attempts. After that, the package will be returned to the place of origin and resending will attract suitable delivery charges payable by the receiver.

The responsibility to deliver the product safely to the designated member lies with the courier partner and any discrepancy in the receiver’s details will result in non-delivery of the product.
