As a brand, we have always carried Hallmarked goods. All our products are hallmarked by an independent Government-authorised agency to verify its 22k or 18k gold content. The Hallmark is visible on all our products. We stand behind the quality of our jewels and offer lifetime buyback and exchange.

At HSJ, we have always been transparent about the contents of our jewels. A breakdown of the material weight and caratage of diamonds and other precious stones is mentioned for each item. If needed, please ask our Jewellery Consultants to clarify the same for you.

We also provide a detailed note for the same in the invoice received at the time of billing.

At HSJ, we use responsibly sourced, high quality diamonds that have been certified by an independent diamond certification agency. Additionally, our Jewellery Consultants are GIA certified in order to best assist you with your diamond purchase. Yes, all rashi gemstones are available at our stores. You can view the collection, choose your preferred stone and place an order for a custom style in which to wear the stone. 

HSJ Gemstone Consultants are highly knowledgeable about gemstones, so you can rest assured that you will get the right product to suit your requirements.

The duration for custom-made orders varies from 5-30 days. 

Minor resizing/ customizations usually take 2-7 days depending on the design. Creating a new jewellery item can take up to 30 days, depending on the design and intensity of labour.
